This is the ideal way to learn basic or advanced yoga in your personal practice. I teach in a private space that is devoted exclusively to you. You can safely and confidently practice the yoga postures (Asanas), breathing methods (Pranayama), and meditation techniques (Dhyana) at your own pace, under my simple yet effective instructions and guidance. You will develop a richer understanding and appreciation for yoga, as well as enjoy the multiple benefits that yoga brings to your body, breath, mind, and spirit.
